ARBITER

A records office at the end of life, and a backlog it cannot read.

The machine scores every soul across seven moral axes and routes it — Heaven, Purgatorio, Inferno. When the score will not resolve, the case comes to you.

FLOW

The intake never stops

Deaths land on the globe by year and region as the clock runs, each one already sorted toward Inferno or Paradise. Scrub the timeline from 1898 to 2026 and the wars and famines show up as spikes in the queue.

ARCHIVE

Every life already on file

The cases run from a twelfth-century friar to the present day, each one a portrait with a name, a trade, a pair of dates and a difficulty from one to five. Search the directory and pick what you are willing to read.

JUDGE

Read the life as evidence

A life arrives as a stack of events in date order: a first loaf baked alone at nine, a threshold crossed, a death. You decide what each one actually shows — weakness, survival, pride, mercy, fear — and the heptagon shifts as you classify. Then you seal the verdict.

Review a case
The case review screen: a portrait and a dated list of life events on the left, a large seven-axis moral chart on the right, a timeline below.

Seven axes, and their opposites

Nothing is scored as simply good or bad. Each axis runs between a sin and the virtue that answers it, and most lives sit somewhere uncomfortable in between.

SUPERBIA
Pride against humility
INVIDIA
Envy against benevolence
IRA
Wrath against patience
ACEDIA
Sloth against diligence
AVARITIA
Greed against charity
GULA
Gluttony against temperance
LUXURIA
Lust against chastity

It keeps a file on you as well

Every verdict you seal is recorded against your own operator record, and the tools that help you read a case are limited. Spend them and you spend tokens; run dry and the Confession Booth will restore them, for a price.
